BEDFORD, PA. — Bedford Reinforced Plastics has added new real-time inventory search functionality to its website, bedfordreinforced.com. The new and improved inventory page provides more options for users to filter their search, check if selected products are currently in stock at a Bedford warehouse location and add selections to a virtual shopping cart to request a quote.

On Bedford’s inventory page, bedfordreinforced.com/inventory, users can choose to filter their selection by product category, product type, product description and warehouse location. They can also enter keywords to search for within the results.

Once users find the product they are interested in, they can click a button to add the product to their online shopping cart and enter a quantity to quote. Multiple product selections can be added to the cart. Once users are finished adding items to their cart, they can provide basic contact information and submit the cart to Bedford for a quote. A Bedford representative will contact the user within 24 hours of the request.

In addition, users can click the Availability/Stock List button on the inventory page to generate a PDF report with real-time inventory totals of all product in stock at all Bedford locations. Bedford has also added a new Specials page to the website listing special discounts on discontinued products, overstocks and select non-standard products. This page is updated regularly and can be found at bedfordreinforced.com/specials.

If a customer needs a product that isn’t stocked at a Bedford location, Bedford can schedule a custom run. For details and pricing, contact Bedford at 800-377-3280 or through the “request a Quote or Information” tab under Contact Us at bedfordreinforced.com.
