Job Title: Computer/Network Systems Technician

  • In-depth knowledge of on PC troubleshooting and networking protocols
  • Microsoft environment
  • IP telephony with related hardware and software
  • Work with internal customers to resolve technical problems
  • Install, maintain, configure and network computers, printers and other peripheral equipment
  • Assist the information technology administrators with configuration, maintenance and monitoring of servers, routers, e-mail, disaster recovery, and systems security.
  • Install and maintain in-house software and reporting systems
  • Provide training to organization on implemented software and procedures
