Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging issues that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers and potential clients, identifying opportunities, processing those opportunities, and communicating those opportunities to operations. This function includes but is not limited to quotes, orders, order changes, and replacement orders.
  • Develop and maintain customer relations by providing customer service support as needed, in addition to receiving and distributing feedback to the appropriate internal groups.
  • Accounting software sales information input and management.
  • Internal and external warehouse interface and management.
  • Act as a subordinate to other sales process teams as needed.
  • Sales data management.

Skills needed include:

  • Computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), and ability to secure sales specific documents within our system.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (30 wpm)
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills in-person, on the telephone, and in writing.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Customer, team and detail-oriented.
  • Good multitasking skills – must be flexible to move from issue to issue.
