Data Entry/Sales Support Representative

As a Data Entry/Sales Support representative, you will process purchase orders from customers, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging issues that customers face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Order entry/sales data management
  • Accounting software sales information input and management
  • Internal/external warehouse interface and management
  • Communicate with customers regarding quotes, orders and inventory
  • Develop and maintain customer relations by providing customer service support as needed, in addition to receiving and distributing feedback to the appropriate internal groups
  • Act as a subordinate to other sales process teams as needed

Skills needed include:

  • Computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), and the ability to secure sales specific documents within our system
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills in-person, on the telephone and in writing
  • Excellent math skills
  • Detail oriented
