Bedford PROForms® Get “Made in the USA” Label

Bedford’s pultruded PROForms® products have always been manufactured in America. Starting in Q4, these products will carry the Made in the USA mark for added quality assurance.

Here are a few reasons to look for the PROForms brand and the Made in the USA label:

1. TRUSTED AND PROVEN SINCE 1974. Not all fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) is created equal. Bedford has been making PROForms profiles in the USA for more than 40 years. Our FRP products have been used across the country — from the Bellagio fountains in Las Vegas to cooling towers and pedestrian bridges in locations from Colorado to New York City.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE. PROForms profiles meet industry testing requirements including the Cooling Technology Institute’s STD-137 code. PROForms® products are also free of lead and conflict minerals.

3. UNMATCHED AVAILABILITY AND SERVICE. Our five distributor warehouses are conveniently located throughout the U.S., making material available in one to two days. And when you need assistance, we’re here to help. When you call, you’ll speak with live customer service professionals in the U.S., available during hours that are convenient for you.

4. AMERICAN VALUES. PROForms structural profiles are made by American workers, in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Buying American supports U.S. jobs and our economy.

5. INDUSTRY COMMITMENT. Bedford is an active member of ACMA (American Composites Manufacturers Association) and the Pultrusion Industry Council (PIC).

When you make the choice to upgrade to a better alternative to traditional materials with FRP, make sure you specify only the best FRP profiles. Don’t risk your reputation on inferior imports; look for the PROForms brand and get a name you can trust.
