Drafting
Whether you need shop drawings for fabrication or custom shapes or you need complete design and assembly guides for onsite use, Bedford has you covered.

3D Modeling
Along with seeing a model of your finished design, you can also break out each component for an exploded view of the assembly.

Engineering Stamps
Bedford can perform complete structural analyses of FRP structures and prepare calculation packages based on your requirements. We can also provide P.E. sealed submittal packages. For states where we do not have registered in-house Professional Engineers, we work closely with our associate engineering firms to provide P.E. services in all 50 U.S. states and in 4 provinces of Canada.

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Technology
Bedford machinery uses CNC technology to make sure every piece of material is built to extremely tight tolerances. This commitment to accuracy not only ensures product quality, but also helps ease and speed final assembly.

Assembly Services
While all Bedford solutions are designed for easy onsite assembly, there are times when pre-assembly helps to speed the installation process. For example, individual sections of a staircase or platform can be shipped as sub-assemblies for final connection onsite. We can even ship complete assemblies, such as a completed pedestrian bridge for fast installation in hard to reach areas. Just let us know what you need and we’ll make it happen.

Kitted Shipments

With Bedford, you won’t waste time tracking down components for assembly. Every piece needed for specific segments is shipped together in a kit so that you can get right to work. No more searching and sorting.

Priority Packaging
For projects that have specific assembly stages, Bedford will ship your kits in the order of installation, helping to reduce onsite clutter and eliminate confusion. It’s another way that Bedford works to make sure installation is as simple and easy as possible.

Logistics & Warehousing

Coordination is a key part of an easy installation, and Bedford has your needs covered for timely, cost-efficient product storage and delivery.

Warehousing
Along with your Bedford products, we’ll store your additional materials until they’re needed at the jobsite. Then we’ll repackage everything for consolidated shipping to save you money.

Freight Services
Let Bedford handle the logistics. Not only do we have relationships with a wide range of shipping services, we also have our own freight company, Reinforced Logistics, to help ensure you get great value and on-time delivery.
