We are pleased to announce the launch of ReadySeries, a quick-ship, easy-to-install modular solution to meet your access and safety structure needs. ReadySeries is the first modular system of this magnitude made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP).
If you have an area to climb, a space to span, or both, handle it quickly, safely and affordably with ReadySeries. The modular system includes industrial platforms, walkways, catwalks, mezzanines, fixed-access ladders, handrails, guardrails, stair towers, stairs, pedestrian and light vehicle bridges and more for almost limitless configurations. Each product can be used on its own or combined with other ReadySeries products.
Easily install the industrial, pre-engineered and prefabricated structures by simply bolting together. The FRP can be cut, drilled and assembled with standard tools if onsite adjustments are needed. The strong yet lightweight FRP makes transportation and installation even easier.
Since ReadySeries products are made from durable FRP, they need minimal ongoing maintenance, hold up in corrosive environments and harsh weather, and will not rust, rot or corrode. ReadySeries structures are dimensionally stable, meaning components will not shrink, swell, warp or bow.
Made to meet your safety needs, ReadySeries products are OSHA compliant. Additionally, unlike wood and metal, ReadySeries FRP is fire-retardant and non-conductive. It has low thermal conductivity, which prevents expansion and contraction, to keep structures stable. Safety yellow coloring is available in all relevant components and anti-slip coatings minimize fall and slip risks. Our ReadySeries lineup includes:
ReadyPlatform
Ideal for standard industrial access platforms, walkways, mezzanines and catwalk applications. ReadyPlatform materials are available in 3x3′ increments, and heights of 1-1/2′, 3′, 4-1/2′, and 6′. ReadyRail
Guardrail and handrail sections can be used on their own or to complement ReadyPlatform products to complete your safety solution. No matter if you’re starting new or replacing a broken rail, get exactly what you need. ReadyRail is stocked in 3′ sections, and you can specify the length of your railing run. ReadyLadder
Achieve the ladder height you need by combining sections available in 10′ and 15′ increments. If needed, you can quickly trim one section with ordinary tools to get an exact fit. Add a walk-through for a complete system. Learn more about ReadyLadder.
ReadyStair
ReadyStair stair towers fit in a 7′ 5-1/4″ by 12′ 3/4″ footprint, rising in 6′ increments between landings. A short stretch of up or down stairs is provided if needed for the final transition at the top of the tower. ReadySpan Bridges
