Bedford recently collaborated with Pearson Pilings to design and supply a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) commercial pier in South America. The two companies worked with a local representative to design the pier that met the criteria the site demanded. The all-fiberglass design will help the community reduce maintenance costs. It also provides a long-term solution to a decaying structure, and will contribute to an eco-friendly environment for marine life.
Bedford and Pearson Pilings have also designed and delivered an FRP residential dock in Florida.
